Torrie and Steve are in Surprise, AZ. Steve is in an apprenticeship program to become a journeyman lineman, with APS (Arizona Public Services). Torrie stays as home with El (3) and sends Ki (6) to all day Kindergarten. The summers are hot and they like to leave the heat and spend a few weeks in Idaho with Grandpa and Grandma. Or they will pack up and go camping a bit north of the Phoenix Valley.
